The biggest element of Broadway Stories that stands out is the environment and people that were involved in the making of the record. All of the songs were recorded in Prague, Czech Republic with Patty’s unmistakable voice being complemented by an abundant 64 piece Symphony Orchestra and rhythm section under the conduction of legendary Maestro Jack Everly. The record features 10 songs from various musicals including “Sound of Music”, “Fiddler on the Roof”, “Showboat”, “Cabaret”, “Music Man” and many other instantly recognizable classics.
In addition to releasing her second album in two years, Sandi is also promoting a cookbook that she recently compiled, performing on a “Sandi Patty and Friends” cruise and doing a national symphony tour in support of Broadway Stories.
